Bhagavad Gita 3.10
In the beginning, when God created all beings through the sacrifice of Himself, He said to them: "You can procreate through sacrifice, and it shall satisfy all your desires."
सहयज्ञाः प्रजाः सृष्ट्वा पुरोवाच प्रजापतिः।
अनेन प्रसविष्यध्वमेष वोऽस्त्विष्टकामधुक्॥sahayajñāḥ prajāḥ sṛṣṭvā purovāca prajāpatiḥ|
anena prasaviṣyadhvameṣa vo'stviṣṭakāmadhuk||
