DeepDharma is provided by GinWorks "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a purpose or uninterrupted use.

Everything in the app is for general information, learning and cultural or spiritual interest. It is not professional advice of any kind: medical, mental health, legal, financial, marriage or career.

Your decisions

You are responsible for how you use the app and for the decisions you make. To the fullest extent the law allows, GinWorks and contributors are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, cost or consequence, direct or indirect, that comes from using or relying on the app, its calculations, its texts or its readings.

Content and sources

Texts, translations, data and word lists are collected from the public and openly licensed sources named in the app. Rights stay with their owners. Each text shows its source and licence. If you own a source and want a correction or removal, contact us and we will act on it.

Coins

Coins are used up only when a service is delivered to you; failed requests are not charged. If something went wrong, write to us and we will check your history and refund the coins. Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Fair use

Do not use the app to break the law, to harm others, or to overload or misuse the services.

Changes and law

We may change the app or these terms. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
